Leadership Team
Ali Usman
Ali started Precision IT in 2014 with a straightforward idea: businesses in the Lower Mainland deserve the kind of IT support that large companies take for granted. 20+ years into the industry, he still works the hard escalations himself — the ones nobody else wants — because he thinks a president who’s lost touch with the technology isn’t much use to anyone.
For a long time Ali was the face of the company. These days his focus is on the team he’s built to carry it forward. Most of what follows on this page is his answer to what happens next.
Raman Dhami
Raman makes sure things actually happen. He runs the service desk, sets the standards our technicians work to, and owns the part of the business you notice most when it goes wrong — response times, follow-through, and whether the fix holds. 6 years with Precision IT and 19 in the industry.
If your issue needs more attention than a single ticket, it lands on Raman’s desk.
Jim Hendy
Jim is your first point of contact. He looks after the client relationships across our portfolio, which means understanding your business well enough to tell you when technology will help and when it’s an expensive distraction. Thirty-five years in IT, starting as a technician before moving into account management and consulting across BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. He’s worked alongside Ali since 2014 — as a manager, a teammate, a consultant, and now as part of the team here. He asks a lot of questions, and he’d rather have the awkward conversation early than the expensive one later.
Technical Team
These are the people who do the work. Between them they cover everything from a laptop that won’t boot to a server migration that has to happen over a weekend without anyone noticing on Monday.
